Independent fan game
ParkBingo is an independent fan game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, or any of their subsidiaries. Park names are used nominatively only.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person. Commercial resale of accounts is prohibited.
Submitted content
When you submit a phrase, you grant ParkBingo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it within the app and in marketing. You retain ownership; you can request removal.
You agree not to submit content that is:
- Defamatory or attacking a real, identifiable individual.
- Containing personally identifying information (phone, email, social handles).
- Depicting or referencing minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.
- Infringing on trademark or copyright you don't own.
- Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing.
Spicy mode
Spicy Mode contains mild profanity and adult-oriented observations. You must be 17+ to enable it. You can disable it in Settings at any time.
Purchases
In-app purchases (like ad removal) are non-refundable except as required by Apple or Google policy. All transactions go through App Store or Play Billing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including repeated bad-faith submissions or abuse of community moderation.
